Getting started
1. Create an account
- Go to the “Sign Up” page and fill in the requested information.
- Once you create the account, an activation link will be sent to the email address used to sign up. Please click on this link to fully activate the account.
- Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the message to your inbox.
- TNG VOIP authenticates through IP address, so you will need to add your IP address to your account under the Settings tab before you can begin testing.
2. Configure your softswitch
- TNG VOIP is designed to work with the open, industry-standard SIP protocol. You can use your existing softswitch, SBC, or other SIP-enabled software / hardware with minimal configuration required.
- TNG VOIP customers use a wide range of popular VoIP software, including Asterisk, CallWeaver, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, and trixbox.
- Sending Calls
- Our SIP server is available at sbc.tngvoip.com.
- We accept calls in e164 format (country code + area code + number) with an added prefix for the TNGVOIP route you’d like to use.
- Direct IP Voice: 0011102
- Premium IP Voice: 0011101
- Standard IP Voice: 0011103
- Call Center IP Voice: 0011104
- For example, to send a call to the UK number +44 (0)207 946 0123 via our Premium IP Voice route you would present TNGVOIP with 0011101442079460123…

- Codecs
- TNG VOIP supports the G.729a and G.723 codecs for all of our routes. Additionally, the G.711u, G.711a, and G.726 codecs are available for most destinations.

3. Test our routes
- Please email cs@tngvoip.com to be provided with some free test credit so you can test our routes at no cost to you.
4. Add funds to your account
- TNG VOIP Telecommunications accepts bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal Express, PayPal Mass Payment, Ukash, Moneybookers, Western Union and Moneygram as payment methods. Please visit the Payment tab of your account to add credit to your account.
